Payments

All payments for courses and tools must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other approved methods. Prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are provided only in cases of technical fault preventing access, within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are available for completed courses or after content has been accessed.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.
• Partial refunds may apply for bundled purchases.

Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
